bra faded to sepias and muted greens, the bare branches of the deciduous trees revealing their naked splendour in the misty air. I could have stayed for days, soaking up the peace and serenity. We circled back to Costa del Sol on the A-44 to rejoin the AP7, through an av- enue of marching windmills and beside the mighty dams; down, down to the coast and then through a vast network of tunnels, until at last we were returned to Malaga and then on to Marbessa. Te magnificent images are etched on my mind.
