be as well-informed as possible on the specifics. We must be up to date with the activity in Austin in order to help control the potential for unreasonable mandates, and especially the negative effect it can have on building costs. It’s hard enough to sell new homes, as affordable as it is.
On May 8, we will host the Second Annual BABA Fishing Tournament out of Harborwalk Marina. This year’s tournament is shaping up to be a memorable event and one you don’t want to miss.
As we near the end of the first quarter, I would like to offer my sincere thanks to the BABA board for their outstanding commitment to the success of this association. Their unwavering dedication and enthusiasm for our members, both builders and associates, and the goals that we have set is impressive. We hope you will find the time to attend one of our meetings or events regardless of which part of the Houston area you work in.
