DANCE CLASSES - YOUTH Introduction to Dance
Sign up for a classical ballet course or a combo course to try. Ballet is the foundation of all dances, it is important for students who wish to further their education in dance to take ballet. Ballet includes traditional barre and center work. Students will learn proper ballet technique which will build graceful, strong bodies. All students must wear pink ballet shoes, pink tights and a black leotard. Hair should be pulled in a bun. A $10 material fee payable to the instructor at the first class. This exciting class will immerse your child into their favorite fairy tales through music and dance. Parent & Me Dance and Tumble This pre-dance class will introduce your child to basic tap, ballet and floor tumbling skills. Parents also find that this class helps prepare children for preschool by working on listening skills such as following directions and waiting for their turn in line. Your little dancer will have fun with you exploring their creativity, while developing coordination and learning basic dance steps. Students will receive free dance shoe rental for tap and ballet shoes (upon availability). Dance attire for this class is a leotard, tights, and tap and ballet shoes. Classical Princess Ballet
Students will learn classical ballet dance to Disney princess music. Students will dance with crowns and wings provided by the dance studio.
