Navigate Special Education Participants will learn to more effectively support their child’s progress in school.
Specifically, participants will explore the impact of various
disabilities (i.e. Specific Learning Disability, ADHD, Autism, etc.) identify their rights, dissect their child’s IEP, and learn to support their child academically at home.
The IEP or special education process can feel
overwhelming and intimidating, and this course will provide parents with tools to navigate the system in a way that serves the best interest of their child. Instructor: Jennie Clemons
