workers to join our existing team. Applicants must be 21 years of age and hold a clean driving license. Health and Social Care QCF or NVQ level 2/3 is preferred.
All successful applicants are subject to a DBS check and must supply 2 references.
Job Summary
To support individuals in their personal, social and health care needs as required. Work as part of the clients support network
including family, friends, advocates and health care professionals to ensure people are supported to lead the lives they choose.
Employees must work within guidelines, policies and procedures and adhere to Social Care Codes of practise at all times.
Salary would be dependant of experience and qualifications. Full-time, Part-time and Relief positions available.
