THE PEMBROKESHIRE HERALD FRIDAY JANUARY 30 2015
Happy Valentine’s Day! Herald
Make memories this Valentine’s Day
FEBRUARY 14, or Valentine’s
Day has become a popular celebration for those in a romantic relationship to show their partner just how much they love them. It is also a time when people pluck up the courage in an attempt to point Cupid’s Arrow at their crush. With roses, chocolates and a romantic dinner the norm for a Valentine’s Day, there are a few other ways you could show your partner just how much they mean to you this February. A picture speaks a thousand
words, and this is never more evident when you present your significant other with a handmade photo collage. With Facebook providing the perfect starting point to find some photos of you together, some readers may have to check the old boxes in the attic, or a
dusty photo album for a picture which will instantly put a smile on your loved one’s face, and bring happy memories to the forefront of their mind. If you happen to be at the very beginning of your relationship, and are looking at ways for your romance to blossom, then try something a little different for a date this Valentine’s. The more memorable the date and the more laughs you share the greater the connection you two will have. Pembrokeshire
has some fantastic
opportunities for some memorable dates; from Segway riding and zorbing to coasteering and paragliding, there really is plenty of opportunity in our county to turn your first Valentine’s into an unforgettable experience. If you are more traditional, and
flowers and a romantic dinner is what you’re after, then look no further than
the fantastic florists in our county. With a wide selection of flowers available, including the traditional roses, the only thing you have to worry about is how your significant other gets the flowers. A delivery to their place of work is a simple gesture, but one that can bring a smile to your partner’s face. As the delivery man walks through the crowded office space to give the flowers to your significant other, they will feel fantastic. Then take them out for some amazing mouth-watering food at Pembrokeshire’s numerous restaurants. For a small county, Pembrokeshire really does pack a punch when it comes to fine dining. So, this Valentine’s Day, remember
it’s not about the money you spend, but the memories you make, but don’t forget a card!
