PORTALS
Relaunch of free to list portal
Mouseprice has relaunched its free-to-list property portal. The new site will offer users a host
of new features, easier navigation, and faster page loading times. MD, Selwyn Lim said,
“Mouseprice has always been a great destination for property information, and more recently to find property for sale and for rent. With our new look website, we’re building on that heritage and improving the way that information and listings are displayed. With all the market information Mouseprice has to offer, the challenge is finding ways to display it which aren’t overwhelming for the user, but we think the new site has cracked it!” The Mouseprice portal is all about information, focusing on what are probably the most important fields; sold prices and valuations, properties for sale and properties for rent. Mouseprice says, “We have thought long and hard on how to give property professionals a leading edge. “For estate agents, Mouseprice continues to provide a completely free platform to showcase both sales and lettings listings. The new site has also substantially improved the layout of its property pages. Listings on Mouseprice now benefit from a much improved page design, larger picture sizes, and most importantly, agents’ branch contact details will appear centre stage for prospective buyers to see. “For those searching for property
information, the new sold prices and valuations section draws on our expertise in providing high quality residential property data. This information, contained in one section, provides property professionals and members of the public alike with a comprehensive and easy to use platform to find the information they need.
‘We thought hard on how to give agents the leading edge.’

could say, from the much maligned HIP, is the Home Passport. This does what it says on the can, it shows each property in its best light, with comprehensive information and photography about the house or flat, as well as all the information a buyer could need on the local community – all in a page-turner online brochure, that can be printed off. The Home Passport is the
brainchild of Tim Price, formerly a director at The Live Organisation who tells PROPERTYdrum, “I wanted to develop a new product for the market that benefits the agent, seller and buyer.
