HAART OPENS IN KENNINGTON haart has opened a new lettings branch in Kennington as part of its programme of expansion across London and the South East. The branch opened following a £50,000 investment in the premises by haart. Branch Manager, Daniel Harley, joined haart last year, after a decade in the industry. He is joined by Lettings Negotiator Martin Tyson and Trainee Lettings Negotiator Ricardo Henry. The branch will provide services to landlords and tenants in the Elephant and Castle, Kennington, Oval, Vauxhall and Walworth areas. Says Daniel, “The response to the opening of the Kennington branch has been really positive. The public really seem to like the branding, which is fresh, vibrant and quite different from everything else in the area and it’s already helped us win business. I am very excited about this opportunity and am extremely confident that we can quickly establish haart as the market leader in lettings in Kennington.”
