December Teatre Royal Norwich
Te baking woman’s top totty Paul Hollywood brings his blue eyes, skill and expertise to the stage in his one-man show on December 8th. You’ve just got to go to the pantomime at Christmas, doncha. Tis year’s festive spectacular will be Peter Pan, from December 18th to January 18th. Corrie’s Curly Watts (“Fancy a game of darts, Our Kevin?”) will take on the role of Captain Hook and CBeebies favourite Sid Sloane will probably make you giggle up all your sherry as the outrageous ship’s cook Aunt Delilah.
And don’t forget the Ukulele Orchestra of Great Britain are also back by public demand giving their unique twist on everything from iconic classical music to Lady Gaga on December 21st. IT’S CHRISSSSSSTMASSSSSS!!

08 December Hypnotic Brass Ensemble Norwich Arts Centre
Te Hypnotic Brass Ensemble is a family band consisting of eight brothers who, in their youth, were taught their instruments by their father, jazz trumpeter/band leader Kelan Phil Cohran who worked with greats like Earth, Wind, & Fire, Chaka Khan and Sun Ra. Tey worked with Damon Albarn for Gorillaz’ Plastic Beach and his Rocket Juice and the Moon project as well as several albums on their own and with others. If you’ve never heard a sousaphone, a euphonium or a clave played live by passionate musicians, then get yo’ ass down to NAC for this great night of funk, soul and jazz.

20 December Kunt and the Gang Te Owl Sanctuary
If you’re looking for a bit of irreverence this yuletide, pop along to see Kunt and the Gang. Teir lowbrow comedy songs and YouTube videos have made them Basildon’s most famous export - apart from Depeche Mode and Denise Van Outen. In recent years Kunt and the Gang have played sell-out shows at the Edinburgh Fringe, featured on Channel 4’s RudeTube, won Album Title Of Te Year in NME and scored two of the most inappropriately titled top 75 UK hit singles of all time. Teir songs are truly hilarious, and rude, and brilliant. Tis should be an amazing and unusual Christmas treat at Te Owl Sanctuary. Don’t forget to bring a donation (tinned food) along to give to the Norwich Soup Movement, especially important through the winter months.
