Since 1945, the Kelowna Yacht Club members have developed a dynamic, friendly community with the clubhouse serving as a home-away-from-home. Te Club provides social events, volunteer opportunities, youth and adult sailing programs and racing, sailing and watersport lessons for boaters and non-boaters alike. Social and business networking opportunities await you within our club’s desirable demographic of 1400+ members and their families. Kelowna Yacht Club Members enjoy reciprocal privileges at other clubs in the Okanagan and around the world. With multiple types of memberships, the Kelowna Yacht Club community offers something for everyone.
KYC has several membership options, including social membership for non-boaters, corporate membership for businesses, as well as junior (ages 12-18) and intermediate membership (ages 19-29). We invite you down to our clubhouse - our friendly staff will help you explore which membership type is best suited for you.
Regular Membership
Enjoy full clubhouse privileges in Kelowna’s prime waterfront location for you and your spouse or partner. Regular members are eligible to hold a moorage slip in our secure facilities (subject to waitlist) and hold voting priviledges. Dine in our upscale-
casual restaurant and lounge - exclusive to members and their guests.

Social Membership
Meet on the waterfront! You don’t need to be a boater to enjoy the club! Social memberships are designed for non-boaters who want to enjoy the new facility, special events and the pleasures of the restaurant’s outstanding food, wine and views. Meet new people through social events, member groups, volunteering and business networking at the club.

Corporate Membership
Position your business on Kelowna’s waterfront! Enjoy full clubhouse priviledges for up to three designated members and spouses. Corporate members are eligible to hold a moorage slip (subject to waitlist)and showcase their business on the docks with a corporate plaque. Expand your business network and host clients and meetings in our state-of-the-art facilities.
