unlimited access to the largest decks of any building on Okanagan Lake. These decks have glass railings, and shade screens can be rolled down to both ease the hot summer sun or provide shelter from winds in the spring and summer. Infrared heaters lengthen the seasons for members to enjoy the views and unique open-air experience of our decks.
The old clubhouse had a severely cramped kitchen and we took great care to ensure our new kitchen could handle all of the demands of the much larger member’s restaurant and also service the banquet spaces. Our staff worked hard to develop a fabulous menu that is both well-priced and of- fers many dishes that are unique to our club. Members and their guests have been giving rave reviews for the range of choices, presentation, taste and value of the food.
The western part of the upper floor holds our two banquet rooms, de- signed for meetings, banquets, weddings, and events for members or for private rentals. The two rooms are divided by a soundproof wall which can be opened to accommodate larger groups in a single large banquet room. The window walls in each can also be opened to include the huge decks.
Needless to say, all of the second floor rooms deliver amazing views, from Stuart Park and the promenade to the south and west, out over our marina, the lake and the views of the mountains and hills across the lake. Sun- sets and twilight are particularly spectacular, and the deck offers extensive seating options, from sofas to chairs and table, to relax and enjoy a glass of Okanagan wine as the day fades and the sky darkens.
