Our members’ accomplishments are

also something in which we take great pride. They range from modest fitness goal achievements to Olympic success: Three of our alumni members hav- ing won Olympic gold medals in men's hockey, in both Vancouver and Sochi.

Fitness Forum's most recent renova-

The result saw most of club's cardio equipment replaced, and both selectorized and plate loaded strength equipment was added. A new room for personal train- ing and group TRX replaced one of the racquet courts, and both locker rooms were renovated.

In total, $500,000 in equipment ad-

ditions and building renovations re- sulted in significantly adding to the membership experience.

When members were asked whether they would recommend the club to friends, the resulting “net promoter score” of 47 indicated that the club scored significantly high- er than most businesses, and this re- sulted in the club being interviewed for an article in IHRSA's Club Business International magazine.
