PIN BONE and portion REVOLUTION VALKA IS READY FOR BRUSSELS EXPO
V
alka will showcase its latest X-ray cutting machine, which automatically cuts out pin bones and creates specifi ed portions, at Seafood Processing Global.
The system analyses each fi llet and cuts highly
uniform portions in relation to size, weight and thick- ness, according to your specifi cation. Price is set on every portion and the system optimises the value of every fi llet. This gives the processors great fl exibility in portioning and improves the product handling, as all cuts are made in a single machine.
DEMONSTRATIONS Valka will display and demonstrate the machine
throughout the exhibition and welcomes all to visit in Hall No 4, Booth 6115-1.
