Overall, my opinion of the trip as a whole is entirely complimentary. Looking back there is not a single thing I could fault, nor would I want to.


I experienced a life- changing opportunity thanks to Rotary Ireland and also thanks to our helpful and caring leaders who made the week the very best it could possibly be.


Sitting with a group of who, one


week ago, were strangers and now are like a family, I was able to come to terms with what I’d been granted. At the arrival gates, a sadness overcame us but this was simply evidence of all the happiness which we had experienced. Most nights, we chat online as a unit and reminisce.


The one phrase which resonates with me is: “Don’t cry because it’s over; smile because it happened”. Audrey Murphy
