Hudson Restaurant Week – Feb 1 & 2. The final weekend of the bi-annual culinary celebration promoting Hudson County as a premier dining destination in New Jersey. It was created by entrepreneur Tamara Remedios in 2005, following conversations with local restaurants. Friends & Family CPR – 9am-12pm. Designed to teach lay rescuers the basics of CPR in a group setting, using the research-proven, practice- while-watching method to provide students with the most hands-on CPR practice time possible.
