It’s Christmas, a time for reflection and thanks. 2013 was bigger and better than I could have imagined; we launched our Wye Valley edition of Live 24-Seven and with it welcomed some lovely new members to our team. It was a year of hard work and reward; the two always do generally go hand in hand!
Our December issue also presents the team and me with the opportunity to extend our thanks to you for your support these part few months, from our lovely readers and talented contributors to our fabulous advertisers. Whatever part you’ve played over the last few months, we very much appreciate it and look forward to bringing you with us on our journey in 2014.
So in this our festive issue we deliver Part 2 of our Christmas Gift Guide; feast your eyes on some lovely gifts ideas that will surely delight even those hard to buy for people – you know who you are! From beautiful jewellery to festive fashion, watches to homeware, highlight your favourites and, as suggested last month, leave the page conveniently open on the coffee table – trust me it works!
Christmas has always been a time for giving and as Patron of Ladies Fighting Breast Cancer and a member of the Coventry & Warwickshire NSPCC Business Group charity is always at the forefront of my mind. But this Christmas let’s all try and ‘pay it forward’ in some way, we can all think of someone that could benefit from a kind thought, deed or gesture.
Enjoy reading this very festive issue and stay warm and safe this month. I’ll raise a glass of something bubbly and chilled to you on Christmas morning and no doubt again at midnight on the 31st...
