1987 Stephanie Spolzino announced that her daughter, Arianna Watson ’16, granddaughter of Ralph Spolzino ’55, represents a third generation at Springfield College. She is studying commu- nication sciences and disorders.
William H. Wood IV retired from the U.S. Army as a major two years ago after 24 years of active duty. During his time in the armed forces, Wood received a Purple Heart, two Bronze Stars,

the Army Commendation Medal for Valor, the Legion of Merit, and other medals and awards. He served in the United States and Iraq. Wood is now remarried and works at the Redstone Arsenal complex in Huntsville, Ala.
1989 Michael Fair (G’92) and the third generation-run Fair and Yeager Insurance Agency in Natick, Mass., were awarded the 2012 Massachusetts Family Business of

the Year Award by the Northeastern University Center for Family Business. The agency also has received the Massachusetts Association of Insurance Agents Five Star Agency Award of Distinction.
Martha Grinnell hosted a running and yoga retreat in Chester, Conn., in October 2012.
Brett Torrey lives in Cheshire, Conn., with his wife of 20 years, Laura, and their two sons, Matt

(16) and Kyle (12). Torrey is the director of athletics at Cheshire Academy.
1991 John Marcotte is one of seven new inductees into the Manchester (N.H.) Catholic High School Hall of Fame. Marcotte was an all-state selection for football in 1986 and 1987.
