The Sausage Shed was founded in 2009 by Ivan Thompson a qualified butcher with over 20 years experience under his belt. Ivan believes that you can’t make a silk purse out of a sows ear so we only use the best locally reared pigs in our sausages. We also have a love of adding different flavours to our sausages such as burrowhill cider or Glastonbury ale or something a little different try marmalade or our lastest flavour pork with
goats cheese and chilli. We also love competition and along with numerous
