SIMPLY M&S PICKLE JAR RANGE 2012  Entrant: G's Fresh Ltd

The crystal clarity and adaptability of the new jar delivers efficiencies for producer and retailer while adding appeal and convenience for consumers.


Judges’ comments: "This is an excellent example of lightweight/alternative materials done well with proven sales performance. This jar is pasteurisable which really sets it apart."

This is the first time electroluminescence has been incorporated successfully into packaging. The design perfectly conveys the brand philosophy of Bombay Sapphire, "Infused With Imagination".


Judges’ comments: "Fantastic use of innovation in packaging. All about customer wow factor. I've been after this for years. Brilliant."


ABSOLUT UNIQUE  Entrant: Ardagh Group


Brand owner: ABSOLUT/Pernod Ricard


One of the most complex bottle decoration projects, 4 million unique designs, was completed successfully through expert planning and dedicated application.


Judges’ comments: "Unique pack, unique idea, very collectable. 4 million individually printed bottles is a unique achievement."
