development. Although internships are not part of the curriculum, we have chosen to facilitate this option in order to enhance the career opportunities of our students. Our Office of Career Services and Alumni Relations provides various services in order to assist each student’s career development. The aim of the service is to organize events, such as research internships, workshops, or guest lectures, which gives students the chance to experience different industries and to apply their knowledge to real-life problems. At the same time, corporate partners have the opportunity to get acquainted with talented students through the various events VU University hosts and are directly involved with.
