I guess Meeting the friends that I have now. For Instance Thom Bresh has been my good friend since the first month we got here. Thom’s father was Merle Travis, a household name around the world that was famous for his thumb picking. He played on lots of the tracks from stars we listened to as kids and appeared in many of the TV shows we watched back then. Thom himself was inducted into the hall of fame here in 2001. He has done more than I could hope to in my lifetime with having several TV shows of his own here and in Canada, including two HBO specials. He keeps me rolling with his spot on impressions of the stars of yesteryear, like Archie Bunker for example. I've even seen a photo of him with

your friend Billy Bob Thornton his phone. My visits from my fellow musicians and record- ing artists keep me busy too. I do a lot of writers appearances here and sometimes invite my friends to come stay a few days with us here and participate, Like Marti B., Jake Haldenwang, and My brother from another mother Michael Sean Allman, Gregg Allmans oldest son. He even has his own room here with us. I have met so many stars and recording artists since we moved here, I couldn't possibly remember them all to name names.

Talk about the Transatlantic Blues Alliance.

I would be glad to buddy, and thanks for ask- ing too. The TBA, is myself and Chris

Adams. Chris was raised in London and is currently living in the Highlands of Scotland, within the United Kingdom. Chris and and I were on the same record label in 2010, Tree records International. We collaborated on a couple of songs then that were featured on his release Night At The Oasis. I was a fea-

tured vocalist on a remake of Jimmy Hendrix’s song, “Fire.” It was released in commemoration of the 40th year of his pass- ing. Also another of his originals, “City Of Gold.” We have both since left Tree records International and formed individual publish- ing companies of our own. This time we are doing a complete album of blues music, cov- ering some cuts from blues legend Gary Moore, and originals of mine and Chris’ as well. I've always wanted to do a blues album and Chris is the best guitarist I have ever worked with. We also are considering a tour for the album as early as 2013. I hope we have the numbers in sales to support the ven- ture.

What else are you working on? 53
