Ask Dr. Kelley… by Dr. Kelley Taylor

The Wisdom Within

“There is a voice inside of you that whispers all day long, ‘I feel that this is right for me, I know that this is wrong.’ No teacher, preacher, parent, friend or wise man can decide what’s right for you-just listen to the voice that speaks inside.”- Unknown

Every day we make decisions. What to eat, what to wear, who we listen to or what occupation to make a living at. Some deci- sions are big and complex and some decisions are small and easy to make-but each and every decision we choose sculpts our lives. Our lives change when our decisions change. We listen to our inner voice, our gut feel- ings, our intuition-it’s that “knowing” that comes to us while taking a shower or driving our car. What is Intuition? As we begin to listen closely and trust it, we will find that it always guides us in the right direction.”

We are always receiving intuitive guidance, but the insights that come from our intuition can be subtle, lightning fast, overlooked and usually slip by our overtaxed, logical and analytical mind.
