Suggestion for RV’ers: I just found and re-read the latest issue.
It was enjoyable and useful time well spent. One thing that I have looked for is municipal sani-dumps, and barring that any sani-dump! Often, on our trips, it means fi nding an Internet connection and googling sani-dump and then hunting the site, usually in some obscure back lot location. For those municipalities who do offer such a service, we offer a special tip of the hat, and spent extra time (and money) in their towns. Second on the list, are gas stations that have the foresight to include such a service and again we make sure we buy fuel and goodies in their recognition. We are planning a big trip this summer,
across Canada and if anyone out there knows of free dumps, I would be glad to hear from them. On another front, if anyone saw such information as being useful, it might be collected, and offered as a service to all RVers and published as a PDF fi le or (and) a text fi le, as I’m sure many would fi nd it useful.

stirling55@hotmail.com Hello Brian,
Sheila passed your email on to me as I’m the founder of
Sanidumps.com, the largest website listing dump stations for RVers. We have over 17,000 dump stations listed on our website ranging from user fees to Free to over $40. Yes some locations want you to pay $40+ to dump the holding tanks. We list them all and let you, the RVer, decide where you want to dump your tanks. I started the website about six years ago because, like yourself, I was trying
to fi nd a place to dump and was spending too much time doing that instead of enjoying the vacation. Our website is available from the Internet, android phone app or via eBooks that we have available when you do not have access to the Internet or when the Internet is way too expensive! The eBooks are available from https://
www.sanidumps.com/store/index.php Creating the website has been a
journey of putting puzzle pieces together and meeting RVers who have become friends. We don’t list all of the dump stations but our new RV friends send up updates and new locations all the time. Happy RVing and enjoy your trip
across Canada. John Clarke,

Reply to Mr. Vic Porcher, RVT 147: I have never written re any letter or
article before, but the article on page 18 called Bucket List: Take an RV Trip to the Cdn East Coast got me riled up! We have travelled all lower 48 States
and nine Canadian Provinces and have enjoyed the people in ALL of them. I found Mr. Porcher’s comment on Quebec quite disturbing! Quebec IS part of Canada and the majority of people there are quite proud of that and their Province, rightfully so, as they want to be recognized in their unique language and history. I know as I’m one of them! To learn a thing or two about Quebec,
I suggest reading the article on page 24, called VIVA St Lawrence. I invite Vic to return and spend some
time there. He will fi nd people very open, as long as he is polite to them and doesn’t show any bias!

Notice of Cancellation: On May 22, 2012, the producers of
the Merritt Mountain Music Festival announced the cancellation of the 2012 Merritt Mountain Music Festival. T e reason for the cancellation is the low ticket sales. Although ticket sales had shown the
promise of a solid attendance number when going on sale back in October of 2011, sales slowed down considerably from then on and have not rebounded thereaſt er causing the organizers to re-think going ahead with the event with a poor turnout. Patrons that have purchased tickets are
asked to call their credit card provider and apply for a refund. T e management apologizes deeply for
any inconvenience that this cancellation notice may bring. Good-bye to all. T e management

Bing, T ank you for the encouraging words! I turned 65 on May 25th and because
of the Isagenix food products I now use daily, I DO feel young enough to continue on, though with a minor adjustment in the number of printed editions each year! Sheila T. RVT publisher
