UNDERGRADUATE TO MASTERS IN INTERNATIONAL HOSPITALITY
At the University of Derby Buxton we’re offering a new and exciting programme specifically designed for the international market. The programme provides you with the opportunity to complete a bachelors degree in Hospitality, spend a period of eight months in a paid work placement and then progress to complete your studies with a masters degree to improve your future job prospects.
Campus, in Derbyshire which was opened in February 2006 by HRH The Prince of Wales and the Duchess of Cornwall.
The programme offers you the opportunity to develop knowledge and skills in relation to key areas of management in hospitality.
Description
This course is a full time degree programme delivered at the University of Derby’s Buxton
A work placement is an important element of the course; it provides you with experience whilst supporting your learning; increasing your awareness of current issues and development in a particular industry.
The programme is made up of an undergraduate degree, a work placement and a masters degree.

A paid work placement in the UK
This placement will enable you to develop your learning from your Bachelor degree in order to apply that learning to the Masters. Placements will be with international hospitality companies, potentially in London, and you’ll be working with international hospitality businesses.
During your work placement you may complete a University Advanced Diploma in Professional Practice. The diploma allows you to
