Swish Building Products: quality guaranteed
Swish Building Products is offering a 30-year extended guarantee on its white cellular PVC roofline profiles as well as the company’s pioneering low carbon rainwater system.
The guarantee is available on any installation by a registered Swish Approved Installer where Swish white roofline and rainwater products are fitted together.
The offer is launched following a real-time study conducted by Swish over a two decade period. Findings proved the colour fastness and performance of the company’s low maintenance, lead-free roofline and cladding formulation.

RigiSystems gets 3 in 1
No less than 3 of RigiSystems profiles have been used to dramatic effect on the stylish Grande Large waterfront development at the Port of Dunkirk.
1900m2 of plain mill stucco embossed Ziplok clad the mansard roofs, and the Ziplok has also been used in a vertical application on the side elevations of the buildings.
The front elevations alternate RigiSystems 20/ 100/1000 profile in a RAL 9007 PVDF finish with RigiSystems LokFacade in a RAL 9006 PVDF finish to create subtle changes of colour and texture on the exclusive apartments.
Ziplok is a BBA approved, advanced zip-up standing seam system that offers exceptional weather resistance and durability. The unique halter design complements the design of the 20/100/1000 liner, which shows its versatility on this project by being used, in addition, on the facades.

Crossgrip TPO is the latest rooftop safety walkway from Plastic Extruders Ltd. Manufactured from non- porous thermoplastic polyolefin (TPO), the matting is designed to be an effective, slip resistant and easy-to-lay solution for rooftops, gantries and high level walkways. Being compatible with TPO, EPDM,
PVC and modified bitumen roofs, it will protect the roof membrane from pedestrian traffic and wheeled equipment.
The matting has a unique design of cross-directional top ribs with an embossed surface to provide permanent slip resistance and underfoot grip. Thanks to its open grid and 12mm height, Crossgrip TPO is self-draining and will efficiently maintain a safe and dry walkway, even through standing water. It is completely maintenance free and, when laid flat, will remain stable even
in winds of up to 142km/h. For anticipated higher wind speeds, a simple loop connection system is available.
Crossgrip TPO’s flexible construction allows it to contour over uneven surfaces, is impervious to all weather conditions, from ice to heat, thereby providing a safe and permanent walkway all year round.
Crossgrip TPO comes in White and is supplied in 10m rolls and in 75cm width. Its sister matting, Crossgrip PVC, is manufactured from PVC and available in 10m rolls and standard widths of 60, 91 and 122cm in Black and Light Grey.
