Select the Hill Climb workout and set the level so the Speed Target is a challenge at the peak of the cycle. Let them coast through the lows, but encourage them to really push through the peaks.
Kick Your Butt
Pick the Glute Camp workout and increase the level until they feel the burn. Remind them to follow the Speed Target for the best results.
All About Strength
Pick the Bursts workout and set it for 20 minutes. Encourage them to push hard during the high levels, and get their breath back during the low levels.
Go the Distance
Set the Cardio workout at a level that leaves them breathing heavy but not winded. Have them shoot for a pace of 110+ strides per minute during high levels.
