Area 3 is pleased to announce that we will be the first shows in Ontario to offer exhibitors an “ALL IN ONE FEE” for 2012 at all 3 of our shows.

Back number 1234 is entered in Novice Youth Showmanship (with Exhibitor A), Novice Youth Trail (with Exhibitor A), Youth Performance Halter (with Exhibitor B), Novice Amateur Trail (with Exhibitor C), Open Western Riding (with Exhibitor D) and Green Western Pleasure (with Exhibitor D). All of the fees including stalls, office & classes are covered under the “All In One Fee” On show day, should you decide to add in a class, there will be no additional charge to you for any and all classes added.


Here is the premise & process: The “All In One Fee” is an opportunity for exhibitors to pay one fee to cover their stall, classes, and office fees. This will allow the

3) No refunds after 2 weeks prior to show on stalls and 25% administration fee will be charged on all returned entry fees.


4) The Area 3 All Novice Show classes do not qualify for the “All In One Fee”. Separate fees need to be paid for classes at show office.


OTHER CHANGES: All Age Walk/Jog Trail will be offered at Summerama & Summer Circuit. Riders are eligible if they have not earned AQHA points in a loping class. This class is open to all age groups of rider. This class will be eligible for Area 3 year end awards. Non AQHA.


Green As Grass Trail will be offered at Spring Classic, Summerama & Summer Circuit. Horses are eligible if they have not shown in a trail class at a lope and this class is open to all riders. This class will be eligible for Area 3 year end awards, but is not included in open or green high point. Non AQHA. Small Fry 11 & Under Division will be offered at Spring Classic, Summerama & Summer Circuit. Classes include:


These classes will only be shown at the Walk & Jog/Trot and are open to exhibitors 11 & Under who have not placed in a loping class. Patterns will be required in the Showmanship, Hunt Seat Equitation and Western Horsemanship. These classes will be eligible for Show High Point Awards and for Area 3 Year End Awards but are non AQHA approved. Please note, this full division will replace the former “walk jog/trot class”.


Show High Point Awards - High Point Awards will be offered at Spring Classic, Summerama & Summer Cir- cuit to the following Divisions. NOTE in Divisions with an * you MUST SHOW IN HALTER TO QUALIFY. • Novice Youth
