3. Optional Extras Please note that a full term’s notice is required in writing to discontinue any optional extra.
a) Music: Charges per term • £230 for individual tuition in one instrument • £172 for second and subsequent instruments
• £142 for shared lessons • £32 for the use of a School instrument
Free Tuition • for all Music Scholars and Exhibitioners on their Scholarship/Exhibition instrument • for all those granted an Instrumental Award
b) Incidentals:
• some clubs, activities (eg. golf and dancing) • trips which include overnight accommodation
4. Insurance a) Pupils are automatically enrolled in the following insurance schemes, unless we receive written instructions to the contrary before the end of the first week of term.
(i) The School Fees Protection Scheme (loss of fees through sickness) at 1% of fees (ii) The School’s group membership of BUPA, at £63.00 per term (iii) The Pupils’ Personal Accident Insurance Scheme at £3.75 per term (iv) Personal Effects Insurance Scheme at £10.00 per term (v) Denplan Scheme (accidents and emergencies) at £3.60 per term
b) The School does not accept liability for the loss (by theft or negligence), or damage to, pupils’ personal property, or property on loan to them.
