The Radisson Blu Hotel offers ideal facili- ties for an event or conference in Muscat. The hotel features five meeting rooms covering an area of 277 square metres, which are equipped with the latest sound and projection systems, along with individual data ports and telephone lines. Events for up to 400 guests can be held at the hotel's poolside garden.
The largest meeting room spans 154
square metres and accommodates up to 180 guests. The hotel boasts a dedicated meet- ings and events team, while the hotel's chefs can design creative menus to comple- ment any function. Grand Hyatt Muscat boasts more than 1,000 square metres of meeting space suitable for a range of confer- ences and events. The hotel's team of experienced banqueting staff together with on-site audio-visual techni- cians are on hand to ensure all events run smoothly. A choice of meeting packages that include coffee breaks, lunch and audio-visual equipment rental are available to clients. The Ramada Muscat also offers clients a range of meetings packages tied to its ban- queting and conference facility for up to 60 guests and is equipped with state-of-art AV technology. The Sheraton Muscat has recently been refurbished and now boasts 15 meeting spaces including the Crystal Ballroom. Golden Tulip Seeb Hotel is located a few minutes from Muscat International Airport and boasts extensive banquet and confer- ence facilities as well as several dining out- lets. Oman Air now manages this property and there are plans to give it a facelift. Majan Continental Hotel is also very close to the airport and walking dis- tance from landmarks such as the Grand Mosque. It's a four-star property with 159 rooms and suites, several meeting rooms, a conference room, poolside hall and free parking for more than 300 cars. It can cater to up to 350 guests.

SALALAH The five-star Crowne Plaza Resort Salalah
boasts a comprehensive range of meeting and events spaces. The property's lush gardens can accommodate events for up to 1,000 guests, while indoors its three meeting rooms and ballroom (which can seat 600 guests) make it ideal for corporate gatherings. The venue offers 540 square metres of exhibition space, accommodating up to 24 booths. Three full-time event management staff are also available onsite.
The Salalah Marriott Resort is set on the white sandy beaches of Mirbat Cove and at the foot of Jebel Samhan, 80 kilometres from Salalah International Airport.
