Jake Walker Memorial Roping

It was a beautiful sunny day on September 24th when 100s of friends, competitors and family and got together to remember Jake Walker and to participant in a sport he loved. Over $6,000 was raised for the Ganz Liver Foundation in memory of Jake. The Ganz Liver foundation directly assists patients with after transplant expenses. Hundreds of donor cards and infor- mation was distributed raising awareness of organ donation. This 2nd memorial roping held by Frank, Jennet and Paige VanWesterop’s of St Mary’s, ON was a great success in many ways!
