Rosegrove Football Club (under 7’s) based in Rosegrove, Burnley was set up in March 2011 by local parents for children within the community as a non-profit making club. As a new venture this club has been started from scratch, all coaches and staff are volunteers and equipment is very basic and second hand. Due to increasing popularity we will be r e c r u i t i n g o v e r summer for an under 6’s team and hope to expand further but the small amount of money we have raised so far is starting to run out. We are asking prominent businesses or generous locals who care about the community of Rosegrove to sponsor a child for just £50, this will help pay for a football strip for the children, good standard training equipment, insurance and registration fees and training for the coaches.
