Paul followed closely in his mother’s footsteps, with a passion for food setting in when he was also quite young. He worked at Panago Pizza as a cook and supervisor for more than five years to add to his early experiences in the art of culinary mastery. “Obviously we saw the need for a quick and easy healthy alternative to take-out style foods,” Paul says. “The fact we have delivery available, we have more than 80 frozen items on the menu, we have order sizes that are ready to heat and serve that will feed an entire family - all made from scratch - makes us a unique proposition.”
“We get our meat from Butcher Boys so we know it’s hormone-free, farm- fed, and fresh,” Paul explains. “There’s no preservatives, no additives and no added MSG; and the meals we provide
are amazing: from appetizers to home- cooked soups, Chicken Tetrazini, Coconut Curried Chicken, to an Italian Sausage Pasta Bake, we put TLC into the business and it shows.”
The idea grew out of Rosemarie’s experience in the Personal Chef Style that was popular in the U.S. where she would prepare home-cooked meals and pop them into the freezer for her clients. “We asked ourselves why we couldn’t do this on a larger scale with a commercial store-front,” Paul says. “The response has been excellent and supports our thinking that there is a real need for the service and the quality we are providing.”
