You pull into the nearest nefarious fast-food fix and you spend the next couple of hours feeling like you just ate a pound of sand.

Home for Dinner is the solution to fast food guilt: it’s a magnificent, healthy proposition that falls under the “why didn’t this happen sooner” category. The business opened its doors September 2006. Owners, Rosemarie and Paul Brownfield - an ambitious mother-and-son tandem - explain that with today’s busy lifestyle, it’s often
difficult to find the time to make healthy meal choices - which is something that is more important now than ever. Home for Dinner essentially takes the best of the fast food concept - convenience for people on the move - and ties in the benefit of meals “to go” that are nutritious, without any of the preparation time or clean-up afterwards. Rosemarie has been cooking since the age of twelve and has always had a love and passion for preparing good food. Her creative tried-and-true recipes are made from scratch, and she’s written successful culinary columns in local valley newspapers over the past thirteen years. But her experience goes beyond that.
