t seems almost impossible, but we are already halfway through the year!
The Montgomery County Builders and Developers Division has had an action packed spring, and we’d like to take this time to thank our members and our luncheon speakers who have made the first half of this year a success. About the Council: The Multifamily Council represents the specific interests of builders, developers, building owners, architects, engineers and managers. The council advocates for legislative initiatives that support all size and types of condominiums and rental apartments. They work to eliminate regulatory barriers that drive up the cost of multifamily housing. The council promotes the benefits of green building, safety and higher density housing in providing a wide range of housing choices along with smarter approaches to growth and the revitalization of urban areas across the country.
