Forecast Luncheon
BABA was pleased to welcome David Jarvis of Metrostudy, who presented to more than 100 attendees at the May division luncheon. His 25 years of experience in the sale, marketing, management and development of residential real estate made the event one to remember. The builders and associates in attendance came away with a good picture of the Houston area potential. Jarvis’ presentation included eye-opening graphs and charts from the Metrostudy database, and the company’s extensive research was enlightening on how we should view the needs of Houston homebuyers. His conclusions challenged us as homebuilders to focus on the specific needs of the buyers we seek to attract.

This project has recently gone national and is growing by leaps and bounds. We are very proud of how far this project has come since its roots are right here in the Bay Area.
We will not host a July luncheon, but please join us for an evening networking event at Mainland Marble in Alvin, Texas. on Thursday, July 7 from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.
