Design Tech Homes Awarded Energy Star Partner of the Year
The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) honored 111 Energy Star partners who have demonstrated leadership and commitment in protecting American’s health and the environment through energy efficiency achievements during an awards ceremony held April 12 in Washington, D.C.
Design Tech Homes, who builds throughout the Houston, San Antonio and Austin area, is one of four home builders in the nation awarded this year. Out of 8,400 qualified home builders,
they are the only custom home builder to receive the Energy Star Partner of the Year 2011 title. Design Tech Homes was chosen because of its commitment to building 100% ENERGY STAR homes, and for strategically and comprehensively managing its energy use as well as promoting ENERGY STAR products and services to consumers.
