What is the number of slots at your casino and what is the mix on suppliers? Under our current casino licences we can only

legally accommodate 20 B2 slots machines at each site. We have a similar split of IGT and Novomatic slots product, and a small number of WMS.

The locations for your Casinos are in close proximity to other Casinos, what are the defining reasons do you think for Aspers success in winning new patrons and retaining existing in what must be competitive areas? Our company

vision is to become everyone’s first choice for casinos. Our diverse offering makes Aspers an entertainment destination venue appealing to a broad spectrum of audiences. We like to think that we offer our patrons gaming and dining in a superior setting where they can enjoy the latest product as well as traditional games in comfort. However, decor will not win the day, looking after our people and looking after our patrons is key. We ensure that a first visit to an Aspers casino is never the last! Customer retention is very important to us and our Aspire loyalty card ensures that customers are rewarded for every penny they spend.

What is has been the thinking behind the choice of slots, is it a case that current legislation has played a part in dictating your choice? Yes, the restriction in slot numbers has resulted in

a limited choice of new product. We ensure we keep abreast of the best performing slot themes in the market place and manage our mix accordingly.

Poker is continuing to grow in popularity what have your casinos done to cater for this growth market over the years? In 2010 we rebranded all our poker areas

investing in new furnishings and more edgy décor. In Newcastle we extended the poker area, doubling the capacity to 240 which makes it the largest Poker facility in the North East. Both Northampton and Swansea sites have also received an extensive poker makeover which has helped to build a steady following of poker players. All Aspers sites run

poker leagues and we have introduced dealer dealt cash games which run throughout the day and night and have proved incredibly popular. We hold daily tournaments for our customers and are always looking at new games to introduce, more recently we have introduced Lunar Poker to add another variation for our poker enthusiasts.

Does Aspers have a Online Casino and if so do you see that going forward becoming as important as your land based Casinos? Aspers do not currently

operate an online casino.

Are there anymore plans for further Casinos in the near future? If so are you able to say whether it will it be UK or mainland Europe or further afield? Right now we are looking to do 2 things,

- Continue to grow our existing business - Investigate the possibilities surrounding further UK expansion. We are currently concentrating our efforts on hopefully securing a licence for a planned site in Newham, London, and there are several other exciting opportunities in the pipeline.
