VITRA AT THE SLEEP EVENT VitrA returned to The Sleep Event for the third time having reportedly quadrupled its business within the UK hotel sector in as many years. Displayed in a contemporary gallery setting – mounted in artfully lit alcoves – were a cross section of its products including basins, mixers, showers and accessories from Istanbul, Freedom, MOD and Geo collections. Three basins from the Water Jewels collection in Platinum, Gold and Copper formed the centrepiece. The hallmark of VitrA’s designs is the individuality of each range achieved through working with some of the world’s most influential designers. Tel: +44 (0)1235 750 990

SIGNBOX ENLIGHTEN Recently released to the UK market, Enlighten is a back-lit illuminated poster system featuring a sleek, frameless design. What makes it unique is that it incorporates Near Field Communication (NFC) technology that interacts with the next generation of mobile phones. All the hotel guest has to do is place their phone over the NFC logo in the corner of the poster for information to be instantly transferred to the user’s mobile phone – whether it be guest information, vouchers or other promotional offers. Enlighten is available in standard A-series paper sizes and is illuminated by low voltage, energy efficient LEDs. Tel: +44 (0)1784 438 688
