Child Health Clinics are on Monday 1330-1430 hrs, Wednesday 0930-1230 hrs and Friday 1000-1100 hrs and are open to families, whether registered at the Medical Centre or not. Please note that this is a clinic for well children.


Baby Clinic


Health Visitors are part of the NHS Community Health Services. They are qualified nurses with special training and experience in child health and health promotion. They work alongside the Families Medical Officer and civilian doctors.


As well as working with families with children under five, Health Visitors may be able to provide help or information to all age groups. The Health Visitor at Larkhill is based in the Community Centre, Wilson Road, and can be contacted on Larkhill 654115. Families registered with civilian practices can obtain details of their Health Visitor from the practice concerned.
