Health Services Station Medical Centre
The Station Medical centre is located in building 35 in West Camp and is responsible for Aircraft Crash Rescue and carrying out Aircrew Medicals only.
Primary Health Care Primary Health Care for all military personnel within Netheravon Station is carried out at the Larkhill Medical Centre.
Dental Care
Dental Care for all military personnel is also carried out at the Larkhill Dental Centre. Military personnel requiring emergency treatment should report to the Dental Centre at 0830 hrs Monday to Friday.
Home Visits
These are made at the discretion of the Duty Doctor. Telephone in an emergency. (Transport is available and can be easily provided.)

Vasectomy Full vasectomy counselling is available but both partners must be seen together and preferably not on Monday morning.
Family Planning As General Practitioners, the Medical Centre is only too pleased to discuss family planning in all its aspects. There is a local Family Clinic available, if desired, based at the Amesbury Health Centre. A clinic is held every Tuesday between 1800-2000 hrs. Tel: Amesbury 623831 during session.
Medicines The Practice has a dispensary which is open during all clinic and surgery times except Wednesday afternoons. It is closed lunchtime 1230-1400 hrs.
Vaccinations Families:
Wed each week 1400-1600 hrs. No appointment necessary. Service Personnel: Fri from 1400 hrs, or if necessary by appointment.
Soldiers Surgery By appointment. Officers and Senior Ranks By appointment. Medicals Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays by appointment. Smear and Ante-Natal Clinic Thursday afternoon.
Health Visitors Mrs Jane Eley and Mrs Alex Mills (Tel: 01980 654115) are the Health Visitors attached to the Medical Centre. They are based in the Community Centre, Wilson Road. There is normally a Health Visitor available on weekday mornings between 0900-1000 hrs. Messages can be left on an answerphone, which also gives details of alternative contact numbers when necessary.
