Doyle has prosecuted every vehicular homicide case that involved an impaired driver in John- ston County since 1995. From Oct. 1, 2009, through Sept. 30 of this year, the DWI Court in Johnston County convicted 426 out of 479 defendants for an 88.9 percent conviction rate.
