s a fitting finale to the Rotary Year we gathered together at the
Upminster Golf Club to celebrate an- other successful and enjoyable year in the 63 year history of the Rotary Club of Hornchurch & Upminster.
pecial guests for the evening were new District Governor John Banks
and his wife Maureen. John presented the „Rotarian of the Year‟ silver salver to Rtn David Goodhill in recognition of
his sterling work during the year, especially his great effort in making sure the Datalink bottle scheme is running smoothly and efficiently.

he evening ended with the tradi- tional handover of the Chain of
Office by President Raj to President Elect Brian with best wishes for a new and challenging Rotary Year.
