Ten-pin Bowling at
The Brewery, Romford 25th March 2009
S I
ix from our club and seven from Havering East had a pleasant eve-
ning last Wednesday at The Brewery, Romford playing Ten-pin Bowling.
t was not a competition, but I would admit that our somewhat younger op-
ponents slightly had the edge on us. Their newish member Mike shot 254 and George Larkey was second with 213.
I
t was all about club and interclub fel- lowship and hopefully next time Romford will participate as well.
L
ater this year we will have a joint game of golf for the George Hagger
Trophy and also play each other at Bowles at the Tower Arms.
