More and more, companies are choosing Roberts Office Furniture Concepts (ROFC) to furnish their workspaces, because if they don’t already know, they soon find out that Roberts only carries the “best of the best.” Roberts Office Furniture Concepts (ROFC) was found-
ed in 1990 by owner Bob Barcza in a small warehouse on Ainsley Dr. in Syracuse, NY. He and his son Scott devel- oped it from a brokering business to what it is today: a remanufacturer of high quality office furniture. It recycles “A” grade office furniture to create product that is ‘in- distinguishable from new,’ using the same processes and parts as the original equipment manufacturers (OEMs). They have combined the best segments of each manufac- turer’s lines to create a sustainable offering of products. “We’ve evaluated every line out there to see what is the
best of the best,” said President Scott Barcza. “Not just the best system package but the best individual compo-
nents.” The furniture is inventoried at one of two local storage warehouses, disassembled in ROFC’s 80,000-square-foot Liverpool facility, modified, then built up to incorporate each line’s strength, be it a wall panel, pedestal draw- ers or binder bins. Once the process is complete,” Scott said “our clients own furniture that is the best across the board.” “Given the wide variety of sustainable fabric and finish options, the product can be customized for any environ- ment,” said Senior Sales Consultant Jeff Detor. ROFC states its remanufactured furniture is “indistin- guishable from new.” And it’s true. If potential customers walk through the local manufacturing facility – which the Barczas encourage people to do – they will immediately value its place in what has become a ‘green-conscious’ world.
