Warwickshire College provides choice and quality
Warwickshire College’s land-based campuses, at Moreton Morrell in Warwickshire and Pershore College in Worcestershire, both run a selecon of courses in sports turf and related fields.
Both campuses are set in picturesque areas and benefit from some of the best facilies and teaching staff in the country. The College has Greenkeeping Training Council approved status, ensuring that students are aracted on a naonal recruitment level and delivery is of the highest standard.
Studies on sports turf courses include; plant growth, principles of machinery, health and safety, the operaon of sports and amenity turf equipment, with oponal modules looking at sports turf in a variety of locaons including cricket pitches and horseracing facilies.
Courses can be studied full-me or part-me and apprenceships are also available. There are also a number of short courses in the following areas; chainsaw maintenance and operaon, brushcuers, forkli training, machinery and pescide applicaon.

Myerscough College Open Days VISIT THE CAMPUS CHECK OUT WHAT’S ON OFFER!
If you want to see the campus and get a feel for what Myerscough has to offer why not come along to one of our Saturday Open Mornings? These monthly events serve as a great introducon to the College and are a real opportunity to find more about your chosen subject and the range of courses on offer.
Course tutors are present from all our subject areas and they can offer you expert guidance on the choice of opons and what you can expect from studying at Myerscough College. In addion, you can also chat with staff from our admissions, finance, learning support and student services teams.
At the main Preston campus there are also interesng campus tours which give you a great chance to see Myerscough and the breadth of what the College has to offer, including the facilies
of all the subject areas, catering and social facilies and, outside term-me, our student accommodaon.
If the weather is wet then please come prepared with some suitable outdoor clothing! There is no need to book in advance and there is plenty of free parking space. Open Mornings begin at 10am and last unl 12:30pm. All our Open Mornings for the summer months are listed below.
