cheSterton humBertS Strengthen rural team Chesterton Humberts has appointed Edward Dyke as a director in the Blandford
office. Edward previously worked for the firm and has rejoined with the brief to strengthen the company’s rural presence across Dorset and into South Wiltshire and Hampshire. David Hebditch, head of the

Tyser Greenwood, (TGS) has announced the promotion of Alan Chappell to Director and
installed Kate Steward as the new Operations Manager. Alan has been Assistant Chief Building Surveyor at the London Borough of Southwark, Chief Building Surveyor at Bexley Council and Partner in a large agency in Kent before joining TGS in 2007. As one of the most experienced
surveyors at TGS, Alan’s extensive knowledge of all aspects of survey and valuation will bring valuable support for the team; he will also be TGS’s primary contact with the RICS. Kate Steward started in the Finance Department with Badger Holdings in 2006 before transferring to Tyser Greenwood Surveyors in 2008. Her promotion to Operations Manager will include maintaining client service standards and acting as the main liaison with key business partners. Richard Kitt, MD said, “I am

Spicerhaart Residential Lettings has appointed a new National Acquisitions Director to spearhead the company’s expansion plans. Shabir Osman will lead a
dedicated team which will include Lettings MD Andrew Berry, Chief Financial Officer Mark Hurdle and Business Analyst Amy Gill. Shabir has worked in the lettings industry for 17 years with roles including Operations Director for Martin and Co and, most recently, Head of Sales for Homelet. Andrew Berry, Managing Director of Spicerhaart Residential Lettings said, “We are delighted to welcome Shabir on board. He has a wealth of valuable experience which will be of huge benefit to the company and help enable us to grow the business.”
hunterS perSonal agent Hunters Property Group has appointed a Hunters Personal agent to cover Stamford Bridge
and the surrounding villages. Beverley Simpson, from Wheldrake, will run the new operation, working with Hunters’ head office in York. Hurford Salvi Carr has announced the appointment of Ben Kaye as New Commercial and Acquisitions
Manager based at their West End office in London. Ben started his career with commercial agents Jarvis Keller in 1996 and then later worked with lan Lerner &Co in Clerkenwell before setting up his own acquisition practice Ben Kaye & Co in Soho.
The appointment forms part of
Hurford Salvi Carr’s strategy of expanding the range of services that the company offers its clients at the same time as expanding its West End agency team. Ben says, “I am looking forward
to servicing the companies West End commercial enquiries alongside my existing clients and working with the company’s City commercial agency team.”

occupier specialist Richard Sykes as a Principal, with primary responsibility to promote its expanding London office. Richard worked for Richard Ellis
from 1969 to 1985 in London, South Africa and Germany and New York. Subsequently he ran Sykes International for 12 years and has also been affiliated in the US with Jones Lang LaSalle and Cushman & Wakefield. David Endelman, director of
International Development at Studley said, “Richard has long relationships with US and UK corporates working on both sides of the Atlantic and a reputation for making innovative deals on behalf of his occupier clients. This experience, combined with his UK background, will be a great asset as we continue to grow Studley’s London team.”

Howard says “My career has provided me with a wealth of experience in the London market which I hope I can use in my new role with Townends.
