If you have received a present that may not be to your taste, or maybe you were given the same item twice, please consider donating them to East Lancashire Hospice and we can turn your unwanted gifts into cash. These will be used as tombola and raffle prizes or sold in one of our charity shops. The Hospice attends and hosts many fetes , fayre s and fundraising events throughout the year that features raffles and tombolas and as these are major revenue generators, prizes are urgently needed. After becoming independent from the NHS in 2008, East Lancashire Hospice relies on the continued support of the local community to raise funds to enable the Hospice to continue to provide care to the people of Hyndburn, Blackburn, Darwen, and the Ribble Valley who have a life limiting illness and also offer support to their families.In excess of £1.9 million needs to be raised every year in order to continue to provide these services.
