TOO ACTIVE TO RETIRE
Carole is more than qualified to guide you through the second half of your life,
as she has experienced many of the issues in her programme ‘Too Active to
Retire’.
This programme guides you through some of the important life issues you may be facing:
- Disorganised because your 8hr. days were planned for you at work
- You feel isolated as you no longer bump into colleagues
- Your finances are greatly reduced
- You have relationship issues with children and parents
- Your health is not as good as before
- You want to do something more meaningful but don’t know how to begin
There may be just one or two of the above issues that you relate to. Carole will plan a programme
for the individual based on their needs.
The Benefits to you are numerous as Carole will be with you every step of the way. Carole is
caring and empathetic and she will help you to plan the life you want and not necessarily the
life that others have planned for you!
Why Coaching? For Carole it has been a process during 16 years when she trained as a
Christian Counsellor, and also developed skills through various courses in stress management,
listening and boundaries and a Dale Carnegie course in Effective Personal and Business
Communication in Paris.
Carole moved to Spain in May this year and four years ago received her diploma at the UK Coaching Academy in Advanced
Coaching. As a member of ICF she stands by the International Coaching Federation Code of Ethics.
