Selling for Success
With the beauty industry always changing, Olivia Slack discovers how creating salon promotions can boost client satisfaction and increase your revenue.
Working in an industry that is constantly releasing new products, techniques and innovations can be hard to keep up with. Keeping your business relevant whilst maintaining and increasing your client base and profits can seem like a lot to juggle, however, there are many ways in which you can expand and evolve, keeping things fresh for your customers.
Creating promotions for your salon is a great opportunity to not only entice new customers in, but also give existing clients something different to look forward to. Valentine’s Day presents the opportunity for you to tap into the ever growing male
market. If your client base is predominantly female, you could offer an incentive to bring their partner along to try out a couple’s treatment. Likewise, Mother’s Day is also a great time to be thinking about treatments you can offer; Mother-Daughter treatment vouchers would make a popular gift, or you could create a tailor-made package for those busy hard-working mum’s who just need a bit of relaxation.
Christmas is a time for giving, and during the course of the festive period, people will be looking for gifts to buy for their loved ones, so creating eye-catching retail displays with exclusive Christmas offers is a must. Not only this, but busy shoppers
