The judges said this was an easy-to-use, intuitive tool with an impressive new fares matrix, showing excellent evidence of cost savings and customer satisfaction. In addition, they were impressed by the company’s excellent CSR credentials.
The judges thought the winner had created a level of service which is, and will be, difficult to rival. With a strong focus on people and interaction, it has implemented many innovative
methods of working with corporate customers.
One judge praised the winner’s on-going ability to constantly review the car rental market and what customers really want, then adapt and innovate accordingly. The panel were also impressed with its great global reach and excellent CSR record.
